In a bowl, mix soy sauce, gochujang, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
Add sliced Swift Pork Tenderloin and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 10 minutes.
Step 2: Cook the Pork in the Air Fryer
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
Place marinated pork in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until pork is golden and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
