Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Pork Tenderloin
Preheat grill or stovetop pan to medium-high heat.
Rub Swift Pork Tenderloin with olive oil, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
Grill or sear for about 5-7 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Remove from heat, let rest for 5 minutes, then slice into thin medallions.
Step 2: Make the Pineapple Topping
