This Aloha Pork Teriyaki Bowl combines tender, marinated Swift Pork Tenderloin with sweet and savory teriyaki sauce, grilled pineapple, and fluffy rice for a tropical-inspired meal. It’s the perfect balance of bold flavors and fresh ingredients!

1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp water, to make a slurry
For the Bowl:
2 cups cooked jasmine rice
1 cup pineapple chunks, fresh or canned, drained
½ cup sliced green onions
1 tbsp sesame seeds, optional, for garnish
Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Pork
Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat and add sesame oil.
Season the sliced Swift Pork Tenderloin with salt, black pepper, garlic, and ginger.
Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. The internal temperature should be 145°F.
Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
Step 2: Make the Teriyaki Sauce
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine soy sauce, honey (or brown sugar), and rice vinegar.
Bring to a simmer, then stir in the cornstarch slurry.
Cook for 2-3 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat.
Step 3: Grill the Pineapple
In the same skillet or grill pan, add pineapple chunks and cook for 2 minutes per side until caramelized.
Step 4: Assemble the Bowl
Divide cooked rice into bowls.
Top with sliced pork, grilled pineapple, and drizzle with teriyaki sauce.
Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
