These Chili & Cheese Ground Pork Quesadillas are packed with bold flavors, featuring seasoned Swift Ground Pork, melty cheese, and a hint of spice. Crispy on the outside and cheesy on the inside, these quesadillas make for the perfect quick and delicious meal.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add diced onion and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.
Stir in garlic, chili powder, cumin, and smoked paprika. Cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add Swift Ground Pork and cook for 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart until browned and fully cooked.
Stir in the green chilies, mix well, and remove from heat.
Step 2: Assemble the Quesadillas
Lay a tortilla flat and sprinkle half with shredded cheese.
Spoon the ground pork mixture evenly over the cheese.
Top with more cheese and fold the tortilla in half.
Repeat for the remaining tortillas.
Step 3: Cook the Quesadillas
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt a little butter.
Cook each quesadilla for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Remove from the pan and let cool slightly before cutting into wedges.
