  1. Preheat oven to 360°F (182°C) and line a baking tray with foil or parchment paper.
  2. Slice Swift Meats Pork Belly into ½-inch strips and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, sesame oil, honey, garlic, hoisin, brown sugar, five spice powder, and water until smooth.
  4. Add Swift Meat’s Pork Belly to the marinade and let sit for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  5. Place marinated pork belly on an oven safe tray.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes, until the outside is caramelized and the inside is cooked through.
