Ingredients:

Dry rub:

BBQ sauce:

 

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients for dry rub in a bowl and stir until well combined.
  2. Combine sauce ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a slight boil and reduce heat to low. Simmer until thickened.
  3. Rub ribs with olive oil coating both sides.
  4. Liberally apply dry rub on both sides
  5. Grill at 250 to 275 degrees for approximately 2 hrs until internal temperature is approx 145 degrees
  6. Wrap ribs in foil and cook for another 90 minutes until final temperature is between 195 and 203 degrees
  7. Open foil and apply BBQ sauce let bake on surface for 10 to 15 minutes
  8. Serve and enjoy!
