Savory Swift Roasted Garlic & Herb Boneless Seasoned Pork Loin Chops are pan-seared until golden, then paired with mushrooms in a rich Parmesan cream sauce. With the pork already seasoned with roasted garlic, herbs and spices, this comforting skillet dinner delivers plenty of flavor with less prep.
1 package (16 oz) Swift Roasted Garlic & Herb Boneless Seasoned Pork Loin Chops
1 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp olive oil
4 oz. mushrooms
1 1/2 C heavy cream
1/2 C chicken broth
1/4 C parmesan, grated
1 Tbsp parsley
Directions:
Sear the pork chops. Remove the Swift Roasted Garlic & Herb Boneless Seasoned Pork Loin Chops from the package and pat dry if needed. No additional seasoning is necessary. Heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and sear for 4–5 minutes per side, or until browned and the internal temperature reaches 145°F. Transfer to a plate and let rest for 3 minutes.
Cook the mushrooms. Add the mushrooms to the same skillet and sauté until softened and golden brown.
Make the sauce. Add the parsley, chicken broth and heavy cream directly to the mushrooms—no additional garlic or Italian seasoning needed. Simmer for 3–4 minutes, until the sauce begins to thicken.
Add the Parmesan. Stir in the grated Parmesan and continue cooking until melted and the sauce is creamy.
Finish the pork chops. Return the pork chops and any accumulated juices to the skillet. Spoon the mushroom cream sauce over the chops and warm for 1–2 minutes.
Garnish with additional fresh parsley, if desired, and serve with pasta, mashed potatoes or vegetables.
