Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat a grill to high and brush the grates with oil. Pat the steak dry and rub with the oregano and salt and pepper.
  2. Grill the steak over high heat until medium-rare, turning after 4-5 minutes and grilling about 10 minutes total. Transfer to a cutting board and let rest 5 minutes. Cut crosswise into 1/4-inch slices.
  3. In a large bowl combine the tomatoes, cucumber, olives, onion and Romaine. Toss with the lemon juice and olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. To serve, divide the salad between 4 plates and top with the steak. Sprinkle with the feta and serve.
