1.5 lbs Swift Boneless Pork Tenderloin, thinly sliced
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sesame oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 red bell pepper, sliced
2 cups broccoli florets
2 medium carrots, thinly sliced on the bias
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 tsp sesame seeds (optional garnish)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Cooked brown rice or white rice, for serving
Instructions
Slice the Swift Boneless Pork Tenderloin into thin strips and season lightly with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, and minced garlic. Set aside.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the pork in a single layer and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until lightly browned. Cook in batches if needed. Remove from the pan and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the bell peppers and zucchini. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until crisp-tender.
Return the pork to the skillet and pour the honey garlic sauce over the pork and vegetables. Toss everything together and cook for 1–2 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the ingredients evenly.
Serve immediately over cooked rice or noodles and garnish with red pepper flakes, if desired.
