In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, lime juice, salt, and black pepper.
Add the thinly sliced Swift Pork Tenderloin and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 10 minutes.
Step 2: Cook the Pork
Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Cook the marinated pork slices for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. The internal temperature should be 145°F.
Remove from heat and let rest for 3-5 minutes before slicing into strips.
