In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
Rub the mixture all over the Swift Pork Tenderloin. Let marinate for at least 10 minutes (or up to 1 hour for deeper flavor).
Step 2: Sear & Roast the Pork
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of olive oil.
Sear the pork tenderloin for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
