Directions:

  1. Mix juice, vinegar, salt, garlic and pepper together.
  2. Remove steak from package.
  3. Place steak in 2-gallon resealable bag with marinade.
  4. Seal bag and place in refrigerator for 2-4 hours.
  5. Remove from refrigerator.
  6. Heat grill to white hot coals, about 400°F.
  7. Remove steak from marinade and pat dry.
  8. Salt and pepper each side
  9. Cook for 5 minutes and turn steak over.
  10. Cook until internal temp reaches 130°F.
  11. Remove from heat and let rest for 5-10 minutes until internal temp reaches 135°F.
