Mix juice, vinegar, salt, garlic and pepper together.
Remove steak from package.
Place steak in 2-gallon resealable bag with marinade.
Seal bag and place in refrigerator for 2-4 hours.
Remove from refrigerator.
Heat grill to white hot coals, about 400°F.
Remove steak from marinade and pat dry.
Salt and pepper each side
Cook for 5 minutes and turn steak over.
Cook until internal temp reaches 130°F.
Remove from heat and let rest for 5-10 minutes until internal temp reaches 135°F.
