Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add sesame oil and Swift Ground Pork, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Step 2: Sauté the Vegetables
Add shredded cabbage and carrots to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until softened but still slightly crisp.
Stir in sliced green onions.
Step 3: Prepare the Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha (if using).
Pour the sauce over the pork and vegetable mixture, stirring well to coat. Cook for another 2 minutes to combine flavors.
Step 4: Cook the Ramen
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, usually 3-4 minutes.
Drain and toss with a drizzle of sesame oil to prevent sticking.
Step 5: Assemble the Dish
Divide ramen noodles into bowls.
Spoon the pork and cabbage stir-fry over the top.
Garnish with extra green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
Serving Suggestions
