All the delicious flavors of classic potstickers—without the hassle of folding and steaming! This Ground Pork Potsticker Bowl features perfectly seasoned Swift Ground Pork, sautéed vegetables, and a savory-sweet sauce served over rice or noodles for an easy, flavor-packed meal.

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add sesame oil and Swift Ground Pork. Cook for 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart with a spoon until browned and fully cooked.
Stir in grated ginger and minced garlic, cooking for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Step 2: Sauté the Vegetables
Add shredded cabbage and carrots to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until softened but still slightly crisp.
Stir in sliced green onions.
Step 3: Make the Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, sriracha (if using), and honey.
