Step 1: Cook the Pork

  1. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add sesame oil and Swift Ground Pork. Cook for 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart with a spoon until browned and fully cooked.
  3. Stir in grated ginger and minced garlic, cooking for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Step 2: Sauté the Vegetables

  1. Add shredded cabbage and carrots to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until softened but still slightly crisp.
  2. Stir in sliced green onions.

Step 3: Make the Sauce

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, sriracha (if using), and honey.
  2. Pour the sauce over the pork and vegetable mixture, stirring well to coat. Cook for another 2 minutes to combine flavors.

Step 4: Assemble the Bowl

  1. Divide cooked rice or noodles into serving bowls.
  2. Spoon the potsticker pork mixture over the top.
  3. Garnish with sesame seeds and extra green onions if desired.
