In a large bowl, combine Swift Ground Pork, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and green onions. Mix well.
Step 2: Assemble the Wontons
Place a wonton wrapper on a flat surface. Add about 1 teaspoon of the pork filling to the center.
Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, then fold into a triangle, pressing to seal.
Bring the two opposite corners together and press to seal, forming a traditional wonton shape.
Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
Step 3: Cook the Wontons
Bring a large pot of chicken broth or water to a gentle boil.
Add wontons in batches and cook for 4-5 minutes until they float to the surface and the pork is fully cooked.
Remove with a slotted spoon and transfer to a serving plate.
Step 4: Prepare the Chili Oil Sauce
In a small bowl, mix crispy chili oil with rice vinegar.
Drizzle over the cooked wontons.
Step 5: Garnish & Serve
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions for extra flavor.
Serve immediately with extra chili oil on the side.
Serving Suggestions
Pair these wontons with a side of steamed bok choy, a light cucumber salad, or a bowl of hot and sour soup. For an extra kick, add a splash of soy sauce or black vinegar before serving.
