  1. Slice four 1-inch thick slices from the end of the Swift Boneless Pork Loin and set them aside.
  2. Make the seasoning mix by combining:
    • 2 tbsp flakey salt
    • 2 tsp smoked paprika
    • 2 tsp onion powder
    • 2 tsp garlic powder
    • 2 tsp dried rosemary
    • 2 tsp black pepper, coarsely ground
  3. Apply worcestershire sauce as a binder to the remaining pork loin and generously coat it with the seasoning mix. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
  4. Prepare the marinade for the pork chops using:
    • 2 boneless pork chops
    • ¼ cup olive oil
    • 1 tsp stone ground mustard
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tsp lemon zest
    • 1 tsp parsley
    • 1 tsp thyme
    • ¼ tsp salt
    • ¼ tsp black pepper, coarsely ground
    • 1 tsp garlic, minced

    Note: Marinate for at least 1 hour, preferably 8 hours.

  5. Place the seasoned Boneless Pork Loin on a smoker or grill set to 375°F and cook until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (about 45 minutes). Remove from heat, loosely cover with foil, and let rest.
  6. Increase the grill temperature to 475°F and cook the marinated Boneless Pork Chops until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F. Remove from heat and let rest.
  7. Serve the grilled Boneless Pork Chops alongside slices of Smoked Pork Loin with grilled vegetables.
