Sourdough Pot Roast Melt
3 ingredients, 20 minutes, Servings: 4-6
Ingredients:
- 1 package of Swift Sous Vide Pot Roast
- 4-6 slices of sourdough bread
- 8-10 slices of provolone cheese
Directions:
- Remove the pouch from the tray, open the plastic pouch and empty the contents into a pot or saucepan. Cook and stir until heated through; shred pot roast.
- Toast bread slices, in a toaster.
- Top bread slices with cheese slices; broil on low for 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
